- Details you give us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email when arranging or discussing a clean.
- Basic technical information created automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type and the pages you view.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote — our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To carry out and manage cleaning work you have booked — performance of a contract.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations — legal obligation and our legitimate interests in running the business.
We do not send marketing emails and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Your information is stored using our website and database hosting providers, who process it on our behalf under contract. We may also share information where we are required to do so by law. WhatsApp messages you send us are handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for up to 6 years to meet accounting and legal requirements, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where it applies.
