Deep cleaning in Ipswich
A thorough top-to-bottom clean that reaches everything a regular visit does not.
Deep cleaning is for a home that is lived in every day and has quietly drifted away from the standard you want it at. It is not about handing anything back to anybody — it is about resetting your own house, room by room, so that ordinary cleaning has a clean starting point again.
The work goes behind and beneath the everyday. Limescale is taken off taps, shower screens, fittings and hoses. Tile grout and sealant are scrubbed rather than sponged. Skirting boards, door frames, radiators, light fittings and the tops of doors are done properly. Interior windows, sills and frames are cleaned. Kitchens get detailed attention: the outside of appliances, the tops and edges of units, extractor fronts and splashbacks, and the inside of cupboards and drawers wherever they have been emptied for us.
Who it suits: homes that have not had a thorough clean in a long time, spring cleans, a house being made ready before a special occasion, the aftermath of building or decorating work, and anyone starting regular visits who wants the first clean to catch everything up.
How it is arranged: a deep clean takes considerably longer than a regular visit, so it is booked as a block of time rather than a slot, and we agree beforehand which rooms are in scope and which are not. Many people book one deep clean and then move onto a regular rhythm, which keeps it from ever being needed again in the same form.
Before quoting, it helps to know the size of the property, how many bathrooms there are, roughly how long it has been since the last thorough clean, and whether cupboards will be emptied ready for us.
