Regular domestic cleaning in Ipswich
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning of your home, planned around how you live.
Regular domestic cleaning is the heart of what Ipswich Maid does: the same rooms, to the same standard, on a rhythm that suits your household — weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The point of a regular visit is that nothing is ever allowed to build up, so each clean is maintenance rather than rescue.
A typical visit covers the kitchen — worktops, sink, taps, hob and the outside of appliances — and the bathrooms, where the basin, bath, shower, screen, WC, tiles and mirrors are cleaned and dried off rather than simply wiped. Living areas and bedrooms are dusted, including skirting boards, switches, handles and the tops of frames, then floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout. Beds can be changed and rooms tidied if you leave the linen out.
Who it suits: busy households and working couples who would rather spend the weekend on something else, families, older customers who no longer want to do the heavier jobs themselves, and landlords keeping a let in good order between inspections.
How it is arranged: we agree a plan for your home before the first visit, listing what matters most to you and anything you would rather was left alone. That plan is written down and can be changed at any time — some weeks the priority is the kitchen, others it is the bathrooms and floors. Visits are available on weekdays and weekends, and cleaning products and equipment are brought along unless you prefer your own to be used on particular surfaces.
Before quoting, it helps to know how many bedrooms and bathrooms there are, whether there are pets, how often you would like a visit, and how access will work when you are out.
